Our mobile bar rental service is highly sought after for weddings and private events.

We provide a fully operational bar at a very competitive setup price, and you don’t need to worry about the cost since your guests will cover their own drinks.

Our proposals

A cash bar operates just like any professional bar, where guests pay the bar staff directly for their drinks. It's important to communicate this choice ahead of time, as guests may have a negative impression if they were expecting an open bar. Clear communication ensures that everyone is prepared and enjoys the event without any surprises.

Tokens

This option can significantly cut costs by having guests cover their own drinks, which also helps to control excessive consumption. However, it might feel uninviting as it introduces an inconvenience when paying and may signal a lack of sophistication at formal events. To enhance the experience and maintain a welcoming atmosphere, consider providing your guests with tokens for one or more complimentary rounds of drinks.

Sales commission

This exclusive option is available when you choose Cateritaly as your caterer for your guests' lunch and/or dinner.

The prices outlined below serve as a starting point and can be tailored to fit your budget, preferences for high-quality alcoholic beverages (such as Champagne or other premium sparkling wines), the size of your guest list, and the length of your event.

Cash Bar Options

Here are the options we recommend for you.

Offer tokens to your guests

You can purchase as many tokens as you like, depending on your budget, and distribute them to your guests.
The tokens will be customised for your event. If you want to change the number of tokens, please do so well in advance of the event.
At the end of the event, we will count the collected tokens and refund any that were unused.
Each token is valid for any drink.

Commission

We would like to help you reduce the costs of your party. Details will be shared in confidence.

We require at least 80 guests.
We require a minimum of 6 hours of open bar service.
Drinks served outside the bar, such as welcome drinks, meal drinks and sparkling wines for toasts, are excluded.
