Once we hit the designated limit, we’ll simply transition to a cash bar, allowing everyone to continue having a great time.

Tokens

Discover the perfect blend of convenience and hospitality by opting for a cash bar that still allows you to spoil your guests with complimentary drinks! With this choice, you’ll receive a set of tokens that can be distributed to your guests. Each token can be redeemed for a selection of drinks, giving your guests the chance to enjoy a limited number of complimentary beverages of their choice. This approach not only enhances the overall experience but also ensures that your gathering remains budget-friendly while keeping the atmosphere lively and enjoyable.

Timed free bar

We also offer a timed bar service, allowing your guests to enjoy a selection of drinks during a specified time period. The cost is based on the number of guests and the duration, as well as the types of drinks you choose to include. If you decide to opt for this service, we will provide you with additional options.

Pre-Paid Bar Options

Here are the options we recommend for you.

Allocate a deposit

If you choose this option, your guests will receive drinks without having to pay at the bar until the deposit is reached. After that point, the bar will accept cash only.
The type and quality of drinks you choose will determine the price for each one.
The drinks menu will be shown without prices, which will only be known to you until the bar accepts cash only.
We will track the drinks released to know when we will use the entire deposit.
You can switch to the cash bar at any time, even if your spending has not yet reached the deposit amount.
If the total cost of drinks is less than the deposit, the remaining amount will be credited back to you.

Offer tokens to your guests

You can purchase as many tokens as you like, depending on your budget, and distribute them to your guests.
The tokens will be customised for your event. If you want to change the number of tokens, please do so well in advance of the event.
At the end of the event, we will count the collected tokens and refund any that were unused.
Each token is valid for any drink.

Free drinks for a limited time

This option allows you to provide complimentary drinks to your guests for a specified duration during your event. Before and after this period, the bar will operate as a cash bar.
The cost is calculated based on the selected drink prices and is charged per guest and per hour. For example, if you have 100 guests, regardless of their age, and you choose two hours of complimentary bar service at £10 per hour, your total bar cost will be £2,000.00.
Pros: The only cost you have is for this service, which includes the setup, glasses, and staff.
Cons: During the open bar, many guests may become inebriated.
