Cancellation from us and full refund
Cateritaly Ltd reserves the right to cancel any agreement and fully refund the deposit for the following reasons:

​If the event may prejudice the reputation or cause damage to the image of Cateritaly Ltd (for instance, a significant reduction in the order can lead to embarrassment in front of guests).
Cancellation from us and partial refund
Cateritaly Ltd reserves the right to cancel any agreement and partially refund the deposit for the following reasons:

In the event of adverse weather conditions that could affect travel safety or the ability to fulfil the event.
Cancellation by the customer
We will issue a refund for the amount paid for the event under the following circumstances:

If you only paid the 30% deposit, it will not be refunded if you cancel at any time.

If you have paid the full price and cancel at least 7 days before the event, you will receive a 70% refund.

No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.​
