The welcoming service, drinks for lunch or dinner, and toasts are services outside the bar and are quoted separately unless you have chosen an open bar for consumption.

Open Bar Options
Here are the options we recommend for you.
Free drinks for a limited time

This option allows you to provide complimentary drinks to your guests for a specified duration during your event. Before and after this period, the bar will operate as a cash bar.

The cost of the bar service is determined by the prices of the selected drinks and is charged per guest and per hour. For instance, if you have 100 guests (excluding those under 18 years old) and you opt for two hours of complimentary bar service at a rate of £10 per hour, your total bar cost will be £2,000.00.

Pros: The only cost you have is for this service, which includes the setup, glasses, and staff.

Cons: During the open bar, many guests may become inebriated.
Contribution from guests

This option helps you save on beverage costs by having your guests contribute £2.00 for each drink ordered at the bar (See the simple example).
Your deposit for 1h and 2guests (£10.00x1x2) = £20.00
Sold 2 beers (£5.00 each) and 3 soft drinks (£2.50 each). (2x5.00)+(3x2.50)=£17.50
Guest's symbolic contribution is 5 (2 beers + 3 soft drinks)x£2.00 = £10.00
In accordance with the calculation provided above: £20.00 (deposit) + £10.00 (Guests) - £17.50 (Consumption) = You received a refund of £12.50, and in the end, you spent £8.50.

To improve bar operations, we will provide 5 tokens for every £10.00 paid. This way, guests can exchange a token for quicker service when getting a drink.
Bar for consumption

This option allows you to pay based on actual consumption by counting the opened bottles of wine, beer, and cider, as well as the number of jiggers per bottle of spirits by noting the emptied bottles.

A deposit will be required based on each guest's estimated consumption and the bar's operating hours.
Bespoke package

This option allows you to pay a fixed price that covers staff service hours, necessary glasses, and includes bottles of wine, beer, cider, and soft drinks.

During your party, you can extend the package by paying starting from £10.00 per person and per hour, depending on your choices.
